Elaine Ryan

Associate Director

Elaine is a chartered certified accountant (FCCA) and joined MBSL in September 2013 having worked in accounting and finance since 1999.

Having trained with a small practice in Kildare, Elaine previously worked with a variety of SMEs managing their day to day accounting and software needs. 

Elaine is a member of the MBSL senior management team and assists in supervising and mentoring the outsourcing team.

After leading the MBSL data migration project to a Cloud based accounting solution in 2014, Elaine now works on the development of existing MBSL accounting software solutions, the onboarding and implementation of new & existing clients to the Cloud accounting solutions and has a keen interest in new technologies.  She particularly loves the new and unusual and revels in a challenge. 

Elaine also specialises in working with larger or more complex businesses, particularly based in the US, providing them with annual group financial statements and is passionate about ensuring that regular outsourced finance services provided to them, exceed client expectation.  Elaine has a passion for music outside of work and has a busy life at home with a young family.
